This charming house overlooks the sea and enjoys panoramic views of Paimpol Bay and the Breha Archipelago. Ideally placed in an exceptional site, the house overlooks the sea and benefits (from the outside as from the inside) from a breathtaking panoramic view over the bay of Paimpol.
You will recharge your batteries thanks to this permanent spectacle and the tranquility of the site.
A family house in a unique location surrounded by fields and woods belonging to the house, with the GR34 next to the house which will take you to the beach or to Beauport Abbey. With an area of 300 m², it can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for 2 families or a group of friends.
In the 3 hectare garden, the terrace is equipped with a garden furniture and a barbecue to spend convivial moments around a good meal. You can also lounge on the sun loungers available. Inside, the house combines the charm of the old with modern comfort with:
- 1 independent fitted kitchen with dining area
- 1 living room with fireplace and flat screen TV
- 1 dining room with 8 seats
- 2 bathrooms with bathtub and WC
- 1 separate WC
- 2 bedroom with large double bed
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds
To make your life easier, all the essential equipment is provided (washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ...). Internet access is included in the rental and a heating supplement is applied depending on the season.

Superbe maison, on aimerait connaître son histoire...
Emplacement magnifique : même quand la météo n'est pas tout à fait clémente, on profite de la mer et de ses paysages changeants...
Un peu frais en arrivant : on aurait apprécié que le chauffage soit mis 24 heures avant notre arrivée...

Grandes pièces avec baies vitrées donnant sur la mer. A améliorer les lits pour l'étage et installation électrique à peaufiner. Consolider le chemin d'accès.
