About this house rental
The independent cottage of 42 m2 with private garden is located on a property of 3000 m2 in a quiet secure electric gate halfway between the town and the beaches of Erdeven classified large dune site of France near the Moulin du Narbon.
( windmill.) The fenced 80 m2 sunny garden faces west, does not have a vis à vis and has a terrace.
The rental consists of;
Living room with dining area and TV lounge, Equipped kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher....
Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower,
Staircase. 12 steps
2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed with TV, the second bedroom 2 beds of 90 cm
Coat closet.
Extras payable on arrival.:
Heating from 14 Oct to 14 April 7 € per day
Available upon request from 14 April to 1 October for 7 € per day
Mandatory cleaning fee from 1 June to 1 September of 55 €
Optional for the remaining time periods for 65 € or if the guest does not clean adequately upon departure
Sheets and towels not provided.
Pets of average size accepted (dog, cat) with supplement of tariff of 5 € per day and per animal. No more than 1 medium-sized dog, and no more than 2 cats.

Tourist tax of 0.90 € per day and per person over 18 years old
No parties allowed.
By its location, the house offers you the opportunity to take (on foot or bike) hiking trails giving access to the ocean beaches of Kerhilio or Kerouriec.(supervised July and August by lifeguards. The village of Erdeven and its shops (2 bakeries and their Breton specialties, 1 butcher caterer, the weekly market on Monday evening in season on Thursday morning the Saturday morning .1 super market (intermarché)., Cèperies, restaurants, ... Also, a sailing school based in Kerouriec offers July and August courses and rentals of optimists, catamarans, dinghies and windsurfing.

Summary of reviewsWe had a pleasant stay with sunny weather every day. The garden was perfect for meals and sunbathing. Our dog enjoyed running on the lawn. The rental is as advertised, with comfortable and clean bedding. The owners are very welcoming, making our holiday memorable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le soleil était au rendez-vous tous les jours et nous avons pu profité du jardin pour y manger et bronzer. Notre petit chien était également très heureux de gambader dans la pelouse. La location est conforme à l'annonce et la literie est confortable et propre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et nous garderont un bon souvenir de nos vacances.
