Located in a small and quiet residence near the city center (only 5 min walk from the Town Hall Square) this 25m2 apartment was renovated in 2014 (floor, wall, stairs, windows). It has a terrace of 6m2 facing south with views of the hill baths (toboggan) and the alpine ski area Villard-Corrençon.
A green trail "back Village" allows to return to ski if the snow permits the field and stops in front of the residence.
Downstairs: entrance, bathroom with bath, living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, raclette / stone, coffee maker, kettle, electric bbq), Sony Iphone 4 radio dock
Upstairs: TV corner with sofa bed, TV stand, TV 26 '' LED with integrated DVD player (+ USB), Wii with games, sleeping area with bunk beds and 140x190 foldaway bed (slatted base + mattress), chest of drawers and low storage
Nearby (in front): children's playground, tennis, beach volleyball
In the village, bowling, ice rink, indoor wave pool, Casino, all shops ...
Bus stop for the 2000 rating and the departure of the gondola just outside the residence. (free shuttle every 20 minutes)

la lumière est insuffisante dans la salle de bains , et pour ce qui concerne le coin nuit à l'étage il n'y a pas d'éclairage correct depuis le bas d’où la nécessité de laisser allumer en bas avant de monter l'escalier !!
