About this cottage rental
The 11 + 12 + 13 houses of the Nodeven Residence are 3 contemporary houses.
Located in Brittany, 100m from the beach and the coastal path.
This house is ideal for 2 to 4 people. It is on one level and has a common central element: a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.
The gite
Ideal holiday home for a couple, or a family of 4 (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children).
If you are interested in renting a house for 2 to 4 people in Brittany for your holidays, these fully equipped houses are composed as follows:
-Fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a '' kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board,
-Pleasant living room with a dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa, a 32-inch flat screen TV with integrated TNT, a coffee table. A very large bay window illuminates the living room,
-2 bedrooms: 1 parental bedroom of 11 m² with a double bed in 160 * 200 and a small bedroom of 7 m² with 2 bunk beds in 90 * 200. Each of these rooms has a closet,
-Bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC
These houses are heated by electric heating.
A 20 m² terrace is located in front of the accommodation. You will find there a garden furniture (a table and 4 chairs) as well as two plastic armchairs to relax.
The 3 apartments for 2/4 people are located opposite the playground and are adjoining.
House No. 12 is adjoining houses No. 11 and 13.
The barbecue is to be shared between the three apartments for 2/4 people.
Free WIFI: 1 connection per person declared in the contract.

A lovely welcome from Alice in reception got us off to the best possible start and the accommodation didn’t disappoint - everything was absolutely first rate. I have only good things to say about the region, the site, the accommodation and the staff. We definitely plan to return.

très bon accueil à l'arrivée , explication des règles sanitaires en vigueur au sein de la propriété tant sur le plan de la maisonnette que de l'espace Spa , Maisonnette et Spa très propre ,logement fonctionnel dans un écrin de verdure au calme

Piscine grande, très bien entretenue et propre. Une surprise nous attendait : le trampoline ! les enfants adorent incontestablement. La baie toute proche est superbe et autorise de très belles promenades et baignades avec les enfants. Seul bémol, les équipements de cuisine et un restreint en taille dès que l'on veut cuisiner les crustacés mais cela ne gâche en rien l'impression générale sur la résidence qui reste très bonne.
