About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Veules.
It is a detached house on one level, completely renovated, on 90 m2, with a walled garden located in Veules-es-roses, village ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
Located 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 min from shops and restaurants.
The waterfront is pleasantly furnished with a dedicated space for children (games and paddling).
The house has been completely renovated in 2015/2016.
It has 3 bedrooms,
a room with 2 beds of 90,
a bedroom with a bed of 160
and a bedroom with a bed of 140.
Bathroom with semi Italian shower, separate WC
Kitchen open to living room.
The living room with sofa bed for 2.. , Overlooking the garden, terrace and garden furniture.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, a classic coffee maker and a senseo, kettle.
Laundry room with vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house has a water softener
Other available equipment: flat screen TV 48 ", WIFI.
You will find available a free cot, a high chair and a baby bath.
The accommodation is non smoking.
A deposit of 400 euros is required upon arrival.
Cleaning and linen are not included in the price.

Sheets: 10 euros / bed
End of stay cleaning: 50 euros
An electricity package of 8kWh / jur is included in the rental price. Your consumption in addition is invoiced on the basis of the meter readings made on your arrival / departure.
A package of 3m3 of water is included in the price.

You can discover the Veules, the smallest river in France, 1149 meters, and walk along its banks to discover the mills, the watercress, the cottages, the woods ..

On the seaside, enjoy the sandy beach at low tide.

Wir (beide Ü60) hatten eine wunderbare, unkomplizierte Woche in dem großzügigen Haus. Ruhig, schöner kleiner gepflegter Garten, zu Fuß 15 Minuten zum Strand. Der Ort ist eine Augenweide und zu Recht berühmt. Die das Haus betreuende Dame wohnt direkt oberhalb, wir haben sie aber nie gesehen, da der Schlüssel per Code zu bekommen war und das Haus selbsterklärend ist und es keinerlei Probleme gab. Sie hat aber ihre Hilfe angeboten und die Kommunikation auf Englisch bzw. Französisch ging bestens per whatsApp. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus zufrieden. Die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung und das Haus war nett eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war zum Teil etwas zusammengewürfelt aber alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Am Nachmittag wäre für die Terrasse ein Sonnenschirm schön.
Im Ort kann man beim Bäcker und einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen alles notwendige erhalten. Es ist alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Location impeccable il manque un robinet d eau extérieure, quand on remonte de la plage rincée pelles et jouets d enfants ,les pieds,cela évite de salir l interieur.
