Located south of the Ardeche, this is a villa which covers an area of 2900m2.
This new house of 190m2 is located in the heart of the Provencal pine forest in the town of Balazuc (village ranked one of the most beautiful villages in France) a few meters from the river.
Close to major attractions and 18km from Vallon Pont d'Arc.

We imagined the Bergigou cottage to live together vacation time with family or friends, without getting stepped on "living together in complete independence."
Detached house facing south for up to 8 people (including children)
4 rooms, American kitchen, terraces, living room, 3 rooms of water with showers with the Italian, separated toilet, buanderie, air-conditioning and swimming pool.
Equipment:
Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, induction cooker, coffee maker, barbecue, garden furniture, sun beds, vacuum cleaner.
Bed linen is included in the rental price
End of stay cleaning optional but recommended.

Super Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Ausblick! Wir haben alles perfekt vorgefunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Die Lage Des Hauses ist optimal, alle Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar.
