About this cottage rental
Located in the heart of 'Grand Meaulnes' country, in one of the farm buildings discretely associated with the family château, the house enjoys a secluded river view. Guests are welcome to explore the extensive private grounds of the estate, and fishing is available in the river and lakes. While this serene haven is close to nature, it is comfortably appointed with modern conveniences to a high standard.
Chambord and Cheverny are only a 45 minute drive away along quiet country roads where there is a good chance of seeing wildlife such as roe deer, stags and wild boar crossing.. come and see !
The big swimming pool is very nice and you'll like to rest there.

A wonderful house to stay in, very tranquil, and Jehanne was so helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay with two families, and four 10-13 year old boys.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. Great facilities (tennis, pool, sauna, jacuzzi), outdoor dining, barbecue, next to a river, lovely owners, close to a town that has good food outlets. Very peaceful, plenty of wildlife (deer, foxes, cormorants, kestrels). Very relaxing! Hostess very helpful in every way! Thanks for a very nice stay!

Great stay with very friendly owners of the property. Only area for improvement is WiFi connection, but the benefit of having limited internet is a real holiday :-)

Que dire......... C'était extra!!! un accueil formidable par les propriétaires des lieux, une impression d'arrivée chez des amis de longue date, une décoration très raffinée où tout était prévu pour faire de notre séjour une agréable parenthèse pendant nos vacances. les prestations hôtelières étaient vraiment à la hauteur, les lits faits, les serviettes de toilette très moelleuses et leur couleur coordonnée aux thèmes des différentes chambres. Sur le comptoir de la cuisine, 3 bocaux remplis de douceur, attendaient les petits gourmands (et aussi les grands).Un jolie bouquet de fleurs des champs, cueilli par la maîtresse des lieux, trônait dans un vase sur la table du salon. Beaucoup d'attention de la part de toute la famille de Beauchesne pour nous rendre notre séjour très agréable, toujours disponible pour échanger quelques mot au détour d'une allée. Nous avons tous été d'accord pour revenir le plus rapidement possible afin de profiter encore de cette jolie propriété. Je recommande cette location à tous les amoureux de la nature qui est particulièrement belle en Sologne.
