About this chalet rental
Chalet at the edge of the pond; splendid view on lake. Large terrace equipped parasol table and barbecue possibility on terrace.
This pond in the middle of 20 ha of forest has kept its natural side. It is very rich in carp pike perch perch tench roach. A smaller pond is 200m from the cottage; you can fish carp tench perch roach stud, and Blackbass. On these ponds no fishing permit required. No vis-à-vis with other houses.
It is possible to add tent near the cottage if insufficient sleeping.
A boat, a canoe and a kayak are available to fishermen.
The chalet includes a large room with sofa bed and mezzanine (will be made in February 2019) bedroom 2 single beds. A complete bathroom with shower. kitchen open to room with work plan, dish washer and washing machine, oven, microwave, hood, and refrigerator. Television and bluetooth music in the living room. The chalet is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Classified 3 stars Atout France for two people, but with mezzanine built 4 people.
This chalet is 5 km from Paray le Monial and 4 km from St Yan. We are 1700m from the greenway, bike path that connects on the one hand Paray le Monial and on the other hand St Yan. Beautiful bike ride along the Paray le Monial / Digoin canal
2 canoes are available to customers; a small adult or child but perfect for teasing zander.
Another 2 adults and a child for a great walk.
In july august september october possibility of picking up mushrooms (cepirally girolle feet of mutton trumpet)
On your arrival you are received by Mr Jérôme Sellier who gives you the keys of the chalet and all the information concerning the chalet, the ponds, and the various places to visit.

Chalet situé au bord de l'étang , un vrai bonheur pour les pêcheurs avec une barque à disposition ce qui est vraiment un plus ! Un vrai havre de paix , un chalet très cosy , on se sent comme à la maison . On n'a plus envie de repartir ! Merci Jérôme pour votre accueil et vos conseils !

Un chalet où ont manque de rien propre et conforme à ce qui est décrit sur votre cite le propriétaire très sympathique et très disponible.
Le lieu de pêche très poissonneux et j’ai fait de belle prise .
Je recommande les yeux fermés

bucolique, isolé, un chalet posé sur un étang au milieu de la forêt, une immense cheminée, rien de mieux pour se ressourcer

L'étang du chalet est à moitié envahi de Lotus rendant la pêche impossible sur cette partie, malgré le nettoyage du propriétaire devant le ponton du chalet. Le reste de l'étang n'est pas accessible pour une pêche à la Carpe de la rive.
Pêche à la Carpe du ponton du second étang avec la Yourte du même propriétaire (pas d'autres postes aménagés), mais important bruit de route très circulante en semaine. Aménagements en cours pour réduire cette nuisance.
