This was my daughters' (aged 6 and 4) first time abroad. They absolutely loved it! 6 in our party in total, as Granny and Grandad also came.
The garden was perfect for children - lots of space to run around and some play equipment. It was also beautifully maintained with space and furniture to eat outside (which we did!).
The house was a lovely characterful place to stay, with good-sized rooms and a very well-equiped kitchen. Bathroom facilities fairly basic but easily adequate. No issues with WiFi and plenty of space to park our two cars.
The village was quiet and peaceful, but only a short car journey from anything we needed, including an excellent bakery opening early for fresh croissants in the morning and a large supermarket. Also not far to some gorgeous beaches, coastal walks and the seaside town of Paimpol. Would highly recommend a trip to the Abbey of Beauport and l'Isle de Brehat.
Our host was extremely accommodating, allowing us to stay two extra nights when our ferry back to England was repeatedly cancelled.
Bruno, who was there to greet us but also on hand in case of problems, was very helpful, friendly and cheerful. Also very patient with my rusty French!
The whole stay was excellent value for money and a super holiday.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de ce mois de juin dans cette magnifique région. La maison est jolie, spacieuse avec un beau et grand jardin (Elle possède un réel potentiel) Avec 3 belles chambres elle est adaptée idéalement pour 6 personnes maximum. Elle est plutôt bien équipée et avec un mobilier qui peut paraître toutefois un peu ancien . 1 ou 2 équipements mériteraient tout de même d'être remplacés. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Bruno, le voisin.
Sinon le village est très calme. Il n'y a aucun commerce si ce n'est un bar mais Paimpol est à 5mns en voiture.
Un bon choix pour passer de bonnes vacances au calme dans cette maison bien située et pouvoir visiter cette belle région. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Calme et parc à l'arrière de la maison super agréable pour prendre les repas ou pour se reposer. Situation géographique idéale pour des promenades inoubliables que le propriétaire à la gentillesse de nous conseiller.
