About this chalet rental
Large and beautiful comfortable chalet (sleeps 15) with private jacuzzi, relaxation / gym / fitness area, video library, games room, table tennis, billiards, table football, pétanque field and view of Lac des Fades.
The chalet, located on enclosed and planted grounds (1500m2), can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony. Living room, flat screen TV, 50m2 shaded terrace ...
Our weekly rates are inclusive of all charges (water, electricity, gas, tourist tax) for a number of occupants between 8 and 10 people.
Decreasing / special rate depending on the number of people (1 to 4 people, then 5 to 7 people), the rental period and without access to certain equipment. Weekend possibilities >>> Contact us.
Motorcyclists welcome: provision of the garage (closed).
The options and services, if desired, are:
- Sheets rental (10 € / bed)
- Household linen rental (10 € / Person)
- Pets package (50 €) - MANDATORY if animals are present (max 2)
- Single cleaning package (50 €) - MANDATORY from 22/12 to 06/01
- Unlimited wood / pellet package (€ 20) - MANDATORY from 01/10 to 01/05
- Bike rental - mountain bike / cycling package (50 € / week / bikes, otherwise 15 € / day / bikes)
- Each additional person (50 € - whatever the duration) within the capacity limit.
Holiday checks accepted.
Necessary baby (bed, high chair, shower support ...) available (free).

Un chalet très fonctionnel, avec une vue splendide à partir de la terrasse et permettant différentes activités appréciées des jeunes et moins jeunes (tennis de table, billard...).
A une heure max de plus beaux sites à visiter de la région, le calme de l'emplacement et la fraicheur nocturne nous ont permis de passer une semaine délicieuse en pleine chaleur de l'été. De plus, l'accueil de la part de M. Récusse, tout à l'écoute du client, fut également très agréable.
A recommander sans hésitation !

Bon accueil par le propriétaire et échanges interessants sur l'environnement et les activités à réaliser. Pour 14 personnes, gite un peu petit. des travaux à prévoir dans les sanitaires (salle de douche et WC). Grand jacuzzi sympa mais qui doit être réparer pour qu'il puisse fonctionner régulièrement.

Accueil du propriétaire très bien.
L'entretien général du gîte n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation (spa, entretien intérieur et extérieur).
Bon séjour et très belle vue malgré tout.
C'est dommage!!!
