ENTRANCE: under a 1st vaulted terrace,
this terrace at your disposal is arranged for your meals outside
a second terrace with electric barbecue and a wider view of the city, the mountain and the sea, always with the possibility of taking meals in full sun, (or under the umbrella)
- LIVING ROOM with large wardrobe surrounded by double window. overlooking the 2nd terrace.
In this stay:

- modern kitchen with induction hob, real extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, complete equipment at the level of kitchen utensils and crockery
.Table, chairs.
You are required to maintain the induction hob, otherwise a financial penalty will be applied.
- LIVING ROOM with library, comfortable 3 seater sofa, reading chair, satellite TV, radio.
- BEDROOM with separation, (opaque white glass partition) of the living room. 140 bed, 80 bed, desk, stained glass decoration and niches, with reversible air conditioning in winter.
- independent BATHROOM, electric heating, hair dryer, sink, shower, toilet. Closed cupboard with shelves for storing shoes and suitcases. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack in the garden.
All notices and the equipment of the apartment are at your disposal in a notebook in French and in English

The property was very charming as was our hostess. The villa is on a hillside overlooking Nice with wonderful views and we sat on the terrace every evening to watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. There is a bus stop just outside the property to get down to the train station where you have easy access to trains, trams and buses that can get you anywhere you need to go (we didn't rent a car). The only caution is to watch the bus schedule carefully if you're relying on the bus to get you down the hill as it runs from about 8:00 to 6:45. If you stay out later you can always take an Uber. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this property and definitely stay here again.

Le parking privé est bien conçu.
La gentillesse et l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire complète ces agréments.
Le centre de Nice est très proche.

The host was verry nice but it smells really bad in the apartment. Even the bedsheets smell very bad like mold so we couldn't enjoy sleeping.
