On the heights of Lake Leman, a new and independent chalet for 4 people, cozy interior, in a village
country near the cities of Evian, Thonon and French-speaking Switzerland, near the ski resorts of
Bernex and Thollon les memises, hiking, mountain sports or swimming in Lake Geneva
the chalet has two floors, a large 50m2 terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers,
two parking spaces, and a large garden with trees; on the ground floor on the terrace a whole kitchen
equipped, a living room with color TV, a shower room, separate wc on the 1st floor in mezzannine
a large bed 160, a large bed 140 and a baby bed, the view is very pleasant on the village and the mountains
surrounding

Very nice host, being attentive to details.
Good location- it seems far and solitary, but you can get by car to Geneva, Evian and amazing spots in Switzerland, as well as the mountains.

the chalet is of a high standard, and very comfortable and not too secluded, although it feels very quiet and isolated. it is just outside the charming little village of Latrine, and within easy reach of a good supermarket, charcuterie, and fromagerie. Evian is nearby, and also the beautiful villages of Nerniers and Yvoire (park at Nerniers and take a lovely half hour walk to Yvoire). the chalet has everything you need, as well as a lovely and attentive host.

We found this holiday chalet to be of a very high standard and tastefully decorated.
Our creature comforts were amply satisfied with the relaxing sofa, comfortable bed and cosy underfloor heating.The kitchen was more than adequately equipped with all the modern appliances.We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace decking area which has a view of the local village with snowcapped mountains in the background. One has the best of both worlds on the doorstep,walking paths nearby and Evian Les Bains just a 10 minutes drive away.
Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly.Thier hospitality made our holiday a memorable experience and we would hope to return in the very near future.

Excellentes vacances en Savoie. Location parfaite, spacieuse, tres propre, tout à fait conforme au descriptif. En campagne, au calme, non loin du lac, les proprietaires , tres gentils, repondent tres vite à chaque demande.On se sent " chez soi". Seul, ou en famille, le chalet permet de rester au calme, ou d'etre le point de depart à de multiples activites. Les comerces sont tres proches. Parfait pour moi, tres satisfaite de mon sejour (15jours): un havre de paix, tres re-energisant!
