Small air-conditioned holiday home of 70 m2 in the residential area of Boulouris, 10 mins walk from the sea and 5 mins walk from the shops, train station and CREPS. Made up of 3 rooms for 4 to 6 people in a residence with private parking. A large south-facing terrace (table, chairs, armchairs, etc.) overlooking a private garden with an open view. An entrance with fitted kitchen (vitro hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher). WC. Large living room with sofa bed (TV, DVD player, micro chain, wifi internet....) Upstairs bathroom with shower and bath (washing machine). Independent WC. A south bedroom with air conditioning. (balcony) equipped with a 160x200 bed. A bedroom to the north with air conditioning. 2 beds of 80 independent or side by side. Household linen not provided. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay.

Une maison plutôt charmante , avec une terrasse sympa , bien ensoleillée l'après -midi. Cette maison est idéalement située, ce qui permet d'éviter l'utilisation de lavoiture. Petit bémol, la proximité du voisinage , on entends les conversations de chacun.

Dans une région magnifique où nous avons découvert de très belles plages et de magnifiques randonnées.

La maison est très bien équipée , belle terrasse et jardinet, le quartier est très calme, il n’y a aucun passage de voiture.Néanmoins, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller se baigner, car les plages accessibles à pied sont très petites, l’entrée dans l’eau est très difficile, le fond glissant, il faut prévoir des chaussures spéciales.
