House of 75 m2 at the bottom of a private road, very quiet, enclosed garden, not terraced on one level ideally located between market town and Langoz beach at 600 ml (nautical circle).
Wooden terrace exhibition, living room and 2 bedrooms facing south.
WIFI Internet access.
Completely renovated, bright house, warm and sober decoration.
Barbecue at your disposal.
Enjoy the terrace in the evening in the evening and for breakfast.
You can borrow one of the 5 bikes at your disposal to pick up your bread, croissants and morning newspaper, go for beautiful walks or go to the beach.
You like tennis == courts 50 meters away.
At the fishing port from 4.30 p.m. arrival of boats with landing of fish and langoustines (La Demoiselle de Loctudy).

We had a very relaxing week here. The garden was sunny and secluded. Great to have use of the table tennis. Loctudy harbour is very close with several excellent restaurants and a great patisserie. The local beach was lovely and quiet, great for families. Inside the house was spacious, modern and comfortable.
