About this apartment rental
The apartment on the ground floor is located in a small residence (1 floor), with a private garden.
It is located directly on the dune which overlooks the large beach of La Turballe.
Given the configuration of the beach, the impact of the marshes is very low, the sea is there at any time of the day.
The exposure due west offers a magnificent sunset every evening.
It consists :
- a 27 m² kitchen living room opening onto a large terrace and a sandy garden, with TV (TNT) and wifi (ADSL).
The kitchen is equipped: induction hob, microwave, extractor, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, small appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine.
- an alcove included in the living room (sleeping in 2 separate beds or large 140 cm bed)
- a bedroom for 2 people (sleeping in 2 separate beds or large 140 cm bed)
- bathroom, bath with glass wall for the shower, hairdryer
- an independent WC
- an entrance with a dressing room
- a linen room (washing machine + dryer)
The bedding is of good quality and new (BULTEX - 2017).
The household linen is provided (sheets, bathroom towels, shower mat, tea towels, foutas).
It is located in a luxury condominium with tennis and has private parking, near the port and its shops (900m) and the salt marshes (200m).
Important note: the apartment is completely renovated in early 2017 (kitchen, bathroom, WC, bedroom, living room, alcove and dressing room), it remains "basic" in decoration.

This is a beautiful, well located apartment. We returned because we were very pleased with the apartment and area. Such peace and quiet which gave a good atmosphere to relax. Communication with the owner was excellent and she settled any difficulties amicably and without fuss. Lovely place. Highly recommended.

Easy access to the extensive beach and not too far from the town centre. La Turballe has a fantastic covered market to buy fresh produce, plenty of restaurants, small shops and supermarkets. This is a good place to have a relaxing, lazy holiday. Thoroughly recommend the accommodation and area
Accès facile à la grande plage et pas trop loin du centre-ville. La Turballe possède un fantastique marché couvert pour acheter des produits frais, de nombreux restaurants, petites boutiques et supermarchés. C'est un bon endroit pour passer des vacances reposantes et paresseuses. Je recommande vivement l'hébergement et la région.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf die Düne und das Rauschen des Atlantik wirkten sofort sehr beruhigend. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
