About this house rental
Well located at the foot of the Ventoux and Dentelles de Montmirail, close to hiking and cycling trails, in the heart of a region rich in heritage and festivals, this house of character will offer its attractions throughout the year.
Everyone can discover according to his personality what corresponds to him to live rare and unforgettable moments.
In the garden: relaxation and well-being, sun and blue sky, nap under linden trees, cicadas and swimming pool. In the evening a small local rosé under the olive trees.
For athletes: hiking, biking, rock climbing, canoeing, horse riding, and in winter skiing and tobogganing.
For gourmets and gourmets: oenological discoveries, markets with regional flavors, restaurants under the arbor or more gastronomic, and in winter truffles, candied fruits and olives.
For the passionate of spectacles: Festivals of theater (Avignon, Grignan) and music (Chorégies d Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Roque d Anthéron, Aix en Provence).
For adults and children, of course, there is the whole historical heritage to be enjoyed together with, for example, the Pierrelatte crocodile farm.
You will find the house in the countryside, well located on its fenced (with electric gate), not overlooked, protected from the mistral, facing south. A large shaded parking allows to park several cars.
The garden of 4000m2 gives the opportunity to isolate or to be together on the beach pool, under the trees, or on the terraces according to the hours and dreams.
Each season brings its perfumes, flowers and fruits.
In summer, automatic night watering keeps it fresh.
For the safety of parents and children the large swimming pool (10x5m) is equipped with an alarm. Steps allow access first to a small depth for the youngest.
The house of 200m2 approximately welcomes you on the ground floor by a large entrance hall, cloakroom and separate toilet. Then you will find:
A kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, with all its necessary.
A large living room with fireplace - bright furnished dining room opening onto the terrace and garden, accesses a greenhouse with table.
1 master bedroom with a large bed of 1.60 x 2.00m and its adjacent bathroom with double sink and a bath-shower, large closet.
1 second bedroom with 2 beds of 0,90 x 2,00m, wardrobe.
A laundry room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, fridge-freezer, cupboards.
Upstairs, a play area with sofa bed, cot, storage.
1 bathroom with sink and a bath-shower, WC.
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.40 x 2.00m, storage space
A second room with 2 beds of 0,90 x 2,00m, storage.
The house is also equipped with: Wifi - fiber, TV - satellite with DVD, bluetooth ballader for smartphone, garden furniture for 8 people (pool beds, deckchairs, tables and chairs), library with books, guides and documentation of the region in several languages, games, DVD, high chair.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old house, full of character. And the shady garden with swimmingpool is a big plus!Bas is a very attentive host and always available to answer our questions.

Great Holiday. The House and ground are very large. Everything was very clean (very important). We Love the pool.
The Communication with the Landlord was always perfect.
There is ohne Thinge missing. Er recommend to the landlord to instal mosquito screens on the Windows of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, we have been often be stung by the mosquitos

We had a great stay - it was perfect for our first holiday with our young baby. The house very well equipped with everything we could need and despite the soaring temperatures we were able to keep it cool enough with fans. The pool was fantastic - big and cool - and the outdoor eating area and BBQ made for great evenings. The only deterrent were the rather ferocious mosquitos! But that cannot be helped. The house is perfectly placed for visiting lots of lovely villages and towns in the surrounding area. We would highly recommend it!

Maison de charme mais le confort et les prestations offertes ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix de la location.
Pas de moustiquaires sur les ouvertures, dans une région où cela est indispensable, aussi grand regret : la climatisation!
Equipement électroménager bas de gamme et vétuste pour une location à ce prix. La poignée cassée de la porte d'entrée était regrettable et les problèmes de toilettes bouchés à deux reprises nous ont gâché une soirée et nuit! C'est beaucoup trop cher et nous sommes déçus.
