About this apartment rental
Ideal for trade fair visitors, business travelers, business people, managers, freelancers and study travelers.
The apartment is located in the basement of our house and is fully furnished. The apartment can be reached via a private entrance and has its own parking space on the doorstep as well as additional parking in front of the house.
The completely renovated apartment (summer 2018) has a bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a new, fully equipped kitchen with free coffee, tea and snacks. The adjoining study is equipped with a meeting corner and a large desk. In the last and largest room is the living room and bedroom with queen size bed, additional sofa bed with tilting TV, a large wardrobe, a private dressing table, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. and a dining area. Of course, towels and bed linen are available. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
The in-house gym can be used free of charge and without prior agreement, in a pleasant ambience are various fitness equipment and a tilting TV with DVD player for you.
The minimum stay is two nights.
The fair and the airport can be easily reached by car in 15 minutes or by express bus (bus stop is about 4 minutes walk away).
The Wendlingen station with suburban train connection can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
The A8 motorway can be reached in 3 minutes.
The beautiful old town of Esslingen can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
The shopping center KÖ8, with EDEKA and drugstore can be reached by car in 3 minutes.
The city center of Köngen with bakery, butcher, post office, grocery store, hairdresser, etc. is within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Beautiful apartment! Host family is amazing! Neighborhood is quite and clean. Closet to anything, anyone could wish for. Shopping, food, transportation etc... I highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to the area! Can't say enough good things. 5 stars is not enough!

Very central. Close to shops and Railway Station.
Very quiet neighbourhood .
Easy to travel to Stuttgart and other places in the area.
We had a good stay and felt comfortable.
There are a few stairs, so maybe not for someone using a walker or wheel chair.

I just can’t say enough good things about this place and these hosts. My family and I (from Canada) were travelling through Germany and were very lucky to have stayed here. These hosts were so incredible to us, very friendly, very helpful it was like staying with family friends you have known for years. The suite itself was immaculately clean, very nice bathroom, kitchen and other amenities. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Clean, modern, well lit, one bedroom but has two additional beds in the large living room. You can easily get to center of town using the S bahn. Would recommend.
