About this cottage rental
In the heart of the luberon, near the city center of Apt with a view of the Luberon mountain, rent a charming house with 5000m2 property, joint ownership with the owners. Located due south, the house is equipped with an outdoor relaxation area with table, chairs and barbecue for meals and a garden furniture set. The property has an electric gate with a carport including 1 place available. The house will accommodate 6 people (max) with 1 bedroom consisting of a 150x190 bed then on the mezzanine offers a living room with television. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a shower, separate WC, washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen with insert opening onto the terrace (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 4 gas burners, toaster, etc.). The 5x10m salt pool is shared with the owner. A trampoline is accessible but only in the presence and with supervision of children by their parent.
Sheets, pool towels, hand towels and tea towels are provided with the rental at no extra charge. The beds are made upon your arrival.

Our family of three had a wonderful week at Aurore’s place. Our nearly-three-year-old had so much fun swimming in the pool and chasing the chicken. We enjoyed meals on the terrace with a wonderful view, and felt so safe and calm in the space. It worked very well with a little one. He took the downstairs bedroom and the adults were up. The pool was always secured at night and the cottage is very suitable for children. Aurore had a ton of extra baby items for us to use which made it even easier! The house feels secluded and yet it’s just a couple minutes to get into town. It is very well situated for day trips to nearby villages, and there are even wineries and lavender fields within walking or biking distance! We had a perfect Provence vacation here, and dream of one day returning!

Incredibly well equipped gîte, inside and out. Warm welcome from the host, Mme Pelloux (the ‘X’ is pronounced), who was always happy tol help with information and advice. On the table when we arrived there was a bottle of local wine and fresh eggs from the resident hens. Very comfy beds: a double in the downstairs bedroom and two doubles on the open mezzanine. Well maintained pool, access shared with the Pelloux family who live on-site. The only slight issue was the noise from nearby construction work and the multitude of mopeds like very angry wasps. Otherwise a great stay and one we would like to repeat next year if possible.
Supplementary note: the olive trees in the large garden produce the Pelloux’s own single source olive oil. Buy some before you leave!

Super gîte au-dessus d'Apt avec un beau jardin et piscine, le tout au calme. Le gîte est parfait pour une famille, bien équipé, très propre et agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais très réactifs si besoin et surtout de très bon conseil pour les coins à voir alentours. Ils aiment leur régions. On recommande fortement !
