About this villa rental
Luxury villa, very spacious and tastefully decorated, in a secure residence of 16 villas, in a green setting very pleasant and relaxing. 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people.
Ideal for large families or weekends with friends.
On the ground floor, all rooms are open on the terrace and pool: fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room (10 people) spacious with fireplace, TV, library and 1 suite (double bed ) with dressing room and bathroom with bathtub. + 1 separate toilet + Garage with additional fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer.
Upstairs: 1 master suite (double bed) with bathroom with bath and toilet, 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds, one with bathroom with bath, the other with shower room + 1 separate toilet.
Parking 2 cars in front of the house. Disabled access.
Private pool with possibility of heating at 27 ° C (supplement 100 € / week, to provide a dozen days before your arrival).
Terrace with garden furniture for 10 people, garden chairs (8 pers.), 7 pool beds.
Portal with videophone, air conditioning, IPhone / IPod docking station, safe.
Access to St Tropez by the maritime shuttle from Port Grimaud.

We had a lovely week. The Villa and Pool area and garden looked just like the photos. It’s on a small gated development surrounded by vineyards and was a short drive to shops and restaurants. It’s a beautiful area to visit. We were disappointed that the pool hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival and although we had requested it to be heated over a week before our arrival, this had not been done which meant it was only 23 degrees and too cold for some of our party to use all week. The gate code was incorrect on the details and the Villa isn’t numbered so it was tricky to locate. All in all though we had a wonderful week.

Jolie maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, nous avons passé un agréable séjour .
Petit point négatif mais que nous avions pris en compte il faut un véhicule pour se déplacer .

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefüht - es ist modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Hausübergabe verlief professionell und sehr nett. Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Villa ist schön u. modern, sie wurde mit IKEA Möbeln eingerichtet. Im groben war sie auch recht sauber. Es gibt Internet und mehrere TV- Geräte, an sich alles gut. Die Küche war auch in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit war oberflächig gut allerdings bei genauem betrachten war das Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber, auch der Kühlschrank u. zwischen den Sofakissen lag der Dreck von den letzten 200 Gästen (das war etwas widerlich).
Wir haben als Geschenk eine Flasche Champagne bekommen darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut, eine nette Geste.
Was allerdings ärgerlich war ist, dass der Pool nur mit einer langen Vorankündigung und Extrakosten geheizt wird. Das empfanden wir nicht als Kunden freundlichen. Wenn man für alles und jedes Geld bezahlen muss fühlt man sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Den Pool, weil er so kalt war (weit unter 20 Grad), habe ich persönlich gar nicht genutzt u. unsere Kinder konnten max 3-4 Minuten rein, da diese sonst sofort massiv gefroren haben und sofort blaue Lippen hatten. Da macht dieser Urlaub nicht richtig Spaß. Da wir nur 1 Woche Zeit hatten, hätte es laut Aussage des Verwalters auch zu lange gedauert um den Pool trotz 30 Grad in der Sonne aufzuheizen. Das hat die Stimmung in der Villa sehr getrübt. Mit den Kindern will man baden auch wenn wir selbst zuhause über einen Pool in unserer Villa verfügen, möchte man diesen auch im Urlaub nicht missen.In der Hochsaison gehört der Pool immer beheizt sodass dieser auch richtig genutzt werden kann.
Auf der französischen Webseite wird eine Kaution sowie Kosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher verlangt, diese Kosten und Auslagen konnten wir aber mit der Hilfe von Fewo- direkt abwenden, da diese Kosten etc. nicht auf der deutschen Seite aufgeführt waren. Dennoch ärgerlich wenn man als erstes diskutieren und telefonieren muss. Es gab Handtücher für das Bad aber für die Sonnenliegen nicht und da diese bekanntlich nicht wirklich sauber sind haben wir auch diese nicht genutzt.
Was uns sehr unangenehm aufgestoßen ist, dass bei der Übergabe von der jungen Damen und dem Herrn die Schubhalden in der Küche etc. kontrolliert wurden. Wir kamen uns vor als wäre wir Diebe... als würde wir etwas einstecken. Wir haben schon mehrer Villen angemietet, Villen die keine IKEA Geschirr haben etc. noch nie hat sich jemand so aufgeführt.
Wenn man allergisch gegen Daunenfedern ist hat man ein kleines Problem, da von den Sofakissen bis zur Bettwäsche alles mit Daunenfedern gefüllt ist.
