55m2 mini loft with 55m2 fenced garden
2 bedrooms, a double bed 140, one with 2 bunk beds.
Bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.
25m2 living room with sofa bed and kitchen.
Garden of 55m ² with wooden terrace of 25m2, hut (for bicycle, surf, ...).
5 minutes walk, you have on one side the wild coast and its sunset, on the other hand a tip-top superette.
A 10mn portivy with its small port, bar, aperitif and restaurant. Very calm corner.
10 minutes by bike, you find St Pierre Quiberon, with its bay and calm waters. Wave madness or flat calm, it's up to you ...
Ideal surfer, diver ... or cool tranquil.
Dog calm, welcome, except in high season.
Please smoke outside or inside. Not in rooms.

Appart - Loft de plein pied, aménagé et décoré avec goût; situation optimale pour découvrir la côte sauvage (marche, footing, vélo, surf...) et St Pierre de Quiberon; facilités à proximité. Coin calme et tranquille pour familles et ou sportifs!!! Le petit plus: partager une session de surf avec le proprio... Location de matériel (planche, combinaisons...) à 100m.
