About this house rental
This beautiful house of the 19th century 3 floors can accommodate 2 families or a large family to spend holidays by the sea. The house is located in the center of the beautiful fishing village of morgat in a quiet non-commercial alley while being close to everything.
Its small garden and car park (100 m²) located in front of the house (not adjoining) and its comfort (165 m2) will make you spend a very nice vacation. The house is located 30 m from the beach and 200 m from the sailing school and the surf club. Coastal paths and other beaches are nearby.
Wifi internet access is at your disposal.
In addition to the rental, charges will be detailed below:
Water : 2.0 Euros/m3
Electricity : 0.10 €/kW
Household Output: 80 Euros
Bed linen on request: 15 Euros per double beds and 10 Euros per single bed
Towels on request: 5 € per person
A security deposit of 500 € is requested for rental.

Only 50m to the beach, 300m to a hughe supermarket and lots of good restaurants only 2 min away.

La location est extrêmement bien située. Proche de la plage, des commerces, bars, restaurants. 2 des enfants ont fait un stage de surf et pouvaient y aller seul à pied le matin. Les plus âgées pouvaient sortir le soir sans problème.
Le logement est atypique : 2 maisons réunies, des escaliers partout! À éviter avec de jeunes enfants.
Bien isolée du bruit extérieur, ce n'est pas le cas entre les différentes chambres puisque les sols craquent au moindre pas.
La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le logement est assez sombre, même en journée. La petite cour où 2 voitures peuvent être garées ne nous a pas énormément servie puisqu'il n'y a pas de pieds pour les parasols (trop de vent certainement) et qu'elle n'est pas protégée du soleil.

De magnifiques balades à pieds ou en mer, emplacement parfait pour les ados qui pouvaient sortir le soir. Terrasse close pour le chien et bons conseils de Carol.

Betreuung vor Ort sehr nett.
Die Lage des Hauses lässt über einige Schlnheitsfehler hinwegsehen.
Nach Crozon kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.
