For your convenience, the apartment has a washing machine, a dishwasher and induction plates (suitable cookware)

You live near the city center. You can easily walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel.Equipement complet ,il ne manque rien .A l'ombre du matin au soir ,idéal pour profiter de la terrasse sans suffoquer.Orienter dos à la piscine ,vous ne serez pas dérangé par les nuisances sonores tout en restant à 2 pas.
Environnement très bien entretenu et agréable.

Exposition nord un peu trop humide. Mais chaud dans le logement pas de climatisation. Literie très bien. Nettoyage du logement passable. Ensemble satisfaisant.
