Nice apartment on the 1st floor in a small closed residence (3 floors) with swimming pool and private parking, 3 km from the Croisette (Palais des Festivals), the beaches and 10 minutes from the motorway.
Near the residence: Bus number 2 stop with access to the station and the Palais des Festivals.
Near Le Cannet Rocheville. Located in the brush district.
Beautiful 3 room apartment of 55 m2 + terrace (17m2) for dining, not overlooked on the 1st floor with elevator, composed of:
a bedroom with large closet bed + chest of drawers
a second bedroom with bunk beds + folding bed.
Living room with large flat screen TV + Dvd player. Free WIFI.
Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer. Coffee maker with filter + coffee maker with soft pod. Toaster.
Bathroom with shower
Wc separates
Terrace equipped with a small living room + table and armchairs.
Vacuum cleaner, ironing board + iron.
Nearby shops, Leclerc center, market, bakery, bank, post office, pharmacy, press, tobacco, bus stop, cinema 100 meters away.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Anlage mit schönem, sauberen Pool. Sie bietet mit ihrer Ausstattung alles, was benötigt wird und ist mit der Klimaanlage auch für die Nächte im Sommer angenehm kühl zum Schlafen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist trotz Stadtlage ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein Bäcker sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns mit 4 Personen für 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert!
