The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small building in the historic district of Tours, in the city center.
You are 10 minutes from Tours train station.
You have free public parking right next to the apartment.
The apartment is very pleasant, bright, calm and ideal for a tourist stay.
A large living room with exposed beams, wooden floors, fireplace, double glazed windows with balcony, a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the living room, light fixtures, tables, chairs and armchairs as a dining area.
Equipped to receive 2 or 4 people. The cleaning (included in the price) is done before your arrival.
Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided.

I’ve stayed at four locations in Tours since my daughter studies at University here. I LOVE the older couple that own this. Completely charming old fashioned manners that make sure YOU are taken care of. The location -near the Cathedral, many restaurants, a supermarket ( 1 min walk to Carrefour) and close to the bridge so you can walk across the Loire. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable. The little parking lot across the street is free and if you are lucky sometimes you can grab a spot. The outside gate is a little tricky at first so practice w the owner the first time! I would have liked an oven but that’s just me. Bottom line, RECOMMEND!

The apartment was lovely and functional for three people, in an excellent location and all interaction with Monique was very smooth.
