About this house rental
This cottage, completed in June 2012, was built as an extension of our home. This is a rental for 6 people very comfortable with nice amenities designed to make you really feel it well. The hiring is located in a large flower garden of 2000m² with private terraces and pool Zodiac season. The place is quiet and relaxing and you can relax on the sun loungers available, safe from curious. The house is ideally located near the town (2 minutes walk) near shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Internet WIFI. in the rental
Equipment :
The house consists of 3 spacious rooms with beautiful quality furniture and very comfortable bedding and are each decorated with taste. I am very much invested in the choice of materials.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms
a bedroom with a 140 bed, a closet shelf, a small south-facing balcony with views of the garden and pool with table and chairs,
another bedroom with two beds of 90, dresser, wardrobe
1 modern bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet
I large dressing closet, on the mezzanine with wardrobe and shelves
A closet with washing machine and tumble dryer
on the ground floor :
1 piece of life including:
1 kitchen in oak gray with washing machine crockery, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric toaster and various essential electrical appliances, dishes ...
a living room with leather sofa, two small armchairs cabriolets, a coffee table
a buffet with a large flat screen TV, a stereo, CD, radio and USB port

A toilet
A very large room with a bed of 160 solid ash, facing south opening with bay windows on a private terrace with garden furniture, awning, deck chairs, A convertible sofa bed for 1 adult or 1 child a large Flat screen TV.
the rental is comfortable for 6 people because the rooms are very spacious, exceptionally the rental can accommodate 7 people for very short stays thanks to the sofa bed of the large room on the ground floor
A kitchenette: 2 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, crockery etc.
A table with 4 chairs, a beautiful bathroom with toilet in natural stones for the happiness of the ladies
Two closets including one with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron and utensils for cleaning
a second closet with wardrobe and shelves.

Obligatory cleaning at the end of the stay 80 euros

Séjour très agréable, maison propre et spacieuse avec un très beau jardin. Hôte s attentifs et sympathiques. Situation parfaite, proche du bourg, idéalement placée pour rayonner en vélo ou à pieds.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. La maison est parfaite et très confortable, à proximité du bourg et au calme. Bref, un très bon séjour que nous renouvèlerons dès que possible!

La maison était tout à fait agréable et conforme à nos attentes. Pour quatre adultes et un enfant de 2ans et demi, la maison est spacieuse. Le salon est sans doute un peu petit lorsque le beau temps n'est pas de la partie mais il a fait très beau...
Le jardin a été particulièrement apprécié.
Une bonne adresse.
