About this house rental
On the coast of Nacre is located the seaside resort of Saint Aubin sur Mer.
Welcoming and sunny house of 75 m2.
Southwest exposure.
Description of the land: House located in the courtyard of a private residence not closed.
Small strip of private land unfenced two meters wide in front of the house, lined with a hedge of privet.
No private garden.
Private parking space adjoining the house.
Public park at 100 m.
The sea is accessible by the yard at 50 meters.
Smoker accepted
Only one animal is accepted under certain conditions to do with the owner.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are not included in the price of the reservation.
The deposit is not added to the payment request it must be deposited on arrival by check or cash.

Entrance :
1 kitchen and 1 back kitchen.
Room, living room of 28 m2 equipped with a large modular table for 6 to 8 people with 6 chairs, a high chair for children, 'a three-seater sofa (not convertible) with a small coffee table and 1 armchair.
Upstairs: - bedroom 1 street side of 13 m2 with a bed for 2 people 140x190 and a dresser.
- Bedroom 2 of 16 m2 courtyard side with a bed for 2 people 160x200, a sofa bed BZ style for 2 people 140x190 and a wardrobe.
- 1 baby cot umbrella style.
A bathroom with tub shower and a sink a basin.
A separate toilet.

This is a beautiful house, metres from the sea and in a lovely spot within a pretty village. The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Our host had thought of everything, this was one of the very best properties we have stayed in.

Chantal the owner and the house are both beautiful and charming. Chantal is a master of communication always checking with a little text message to make sure everything is okay which is very reassuring. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated with some very beautiful personal touches. BRAVO Chantal and thank you. Location is perfect just set back from the beach front and promenade making it nice and secluded with good parking. Very good restaurants close bye and if visiting the Normandy beaches for an historic visit perfectly placed. Would definitely be the top of our list for a return visit. Tony and Jan

Great place for a stay for visiting WWII sights. The home is beautiful and Chantal is a gracious host. Make sure you do your research on when establishments are open for dining.

Chantal, the owner of the house, communicates very friendly via email and phone during the booking process. When we arrived she welcomed us warmly and showed us in detail her lovely house. The house was perfect for us as a group of three adults. It's very nice decorated, very clean and well equipped! All we needed was available. And off course the area is great, less then a minute walk to the beach, the village and restaurants nearby. We stayed during the D-Day memorials and this house was a perfect place for us to start our daily tours for D-Day sightseeing as it's located directly at Juno beach, the Canadian landing beach. I can't make up anything to improve, we loved the house and we would love to come back!
