In a preserved setting, in the heart of nature among the hundred-year-old trees of the park of Bouthonvilliers castle, discover this unique dwelling, a former 19th century artist's studio set up in the outbuildings of the castle.
A large living room with a central fireplace, cozy and refined, will give you unforgettable moments of well-being by the fire, with family or friends. You will see through the windows the splendid castle of Bouthonvilliers, a jewel of the 18th century.
A living room door opens onto a garden, just for you, to enjoy the long summer evenings, seated under the lime tree with the good smell of barbecue.
Upstairs, you will settle in one of the 3 charming bedrooms which can accommodate up to 12 people. Perhaps you will choose the magnificent 65 m2 room former artist's studio with its 19th century wall fresco depicting horses.
You will open the windows on the majestic trees surrounding the estate.
The 2 fully renovated and equipped bathrooms will bring you all the comfort you need.
Your children will be happy to run after geese and chickens in the park, play ping pong, table football or even take a pony ride with you in the park.
And you will have the pleasure of discovering the treasures of the region such as an electric boat ride in Bonneval "the little Venice of Beauce", visit the imposing castle of Châteaudun, the first castle of the Loire, or even take advantage of the many hikes , on horseback, by canoe or by local bikes…

Le gîte dans les communs est très agréable à part la terrasse extérieure sombre et un peu encaissée.
Domaine magnifique accueil aux petits soins dommage que la piscine ne fasse pas partie de la location du gîte alors que la salle de Jeux elle est commune.

Un accueil très chaleureux qui permet de se sentir immédiatement à l'aise...presque chez soi.
Le logement est confortable et correspond parfaitement au regroupement et la connivence familiale.
Les pièces à vivre sont grandes et belles; la cheminée traversière entre le salon et la salle à manger procure un charme supplémentaire.
L'une des chambres est magnifique, les deux autres plus limitées mais offrent le confort nécessaire.
C'est un endroit à recommander; il offre du charme qui s'adapte à toutes saisons. Nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner et c'est un avis unanimement partagé par tous les membres de la famille. Merci à nos hôtes.

Nous avons passé un week end de rêve dans cette jolie maison, qui allie le charme de l'ancien à une rénovation moderne réussie (les salles de bain sont impeccables). Le temps nous a permis de nous promener dans le ravissant parc et de faire faire une super balade à poney à nos enfants qui étaient ravis. Les propriétaires, très disponibles, nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous ont donné de bons conseils sur les villages et monuments à visiter dans la région. Nous recommandons cette location, pour notre part nous comptons bien y revenir au printemps!

Superbe cadre pour un séjour inoubliable à la campagne ! Maison très confortable à la decoration soignée. Hôtes charmants et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir nous ressourcer à Bouthonvillier, accès très facile depuis Paris !
