About this villa rental
For a dream vacation, we rent the time of our home holidays in Seyne on sea.
The house, the land and the pool are for the exclusive use of tenants during their stay.
The house is in a dead end on a private road (quiet without any passage). If you are not transported do not worry the House is very well served (bus stop 50m from the house - passage every 15 min - Toulon TGV station 30 minutes by bus or boat bus).
To use the garden, terrace and pool in privacy is in joint ownership without any opposite with facing south.
It offers a shaded garden with lawn (Synthetic, a treat for the kids).
The parking (for 3 cars) is private with closing by electric gate.
Near the sea:
It is a town house with all these amenities and is located only 800 meters from a sandy beach (Mar vivo and Sablettes).
This home has 3 bedrooms and has two bathrooms with separate toilet. For your daily, you can use a large living room with dining area, open kitchen.
To note:
Finally, we must feed Vanilla, the house cat who lives outside and does not want to leave his corner of paradise.

Exactly as described!
We had a wonderful holiday in this house which comes with a large garden and pool. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach with its restaurant on the sand and local shop.
Upon our arrival, Sandra and Florent greeted us with cool drinks and an amazing local rosé wine and provided us with all necessary information for us to spend an stress-free holiday.
This place, location and house has now become our favourite and we have been travelling and renting houses for many years but this one is far the best we have been into. We are already planning our next 2 trips there.
We do highly recommend this house for families, couples and or Friends wishing to have a fabulous stress-free holiday in a beautiful part of the French Riviera.

Avons passé avec nos 3 ados,15 jours formidables en juillet 2016 dans cette magnifique villa extrêmement bien agencée et confortable. Tout y est la piscine, le jardin très bien entretenu, la tranquillité ( aucun vis à vis ), la terrasse couverte, le four à pizzas, la cuisine hyper bien équipée, la suite parentale impeccable...etc. Les commerces sont à deux pas et la plage est très proche aussi. Le propriétaire n'est pas avare de bonnes adresses pour vous faire découvrir la région. Enfin, notre fille a adoré s'occuper des animaux de la famille (3 tortues et 1 chat). En résumé, nous conseillons vivement cette villégiature tant au niveau des prestations que de la situation.
