A small independent house in a 19th century building, located at the entrance of the charming village of Peynier, in the heart of the Haute Vallée de l'Arc, between the Sainte-Victoire mountain and the Regagnas range. This accommodation has both ancient and modern features, and offers a magnificent view of the famous Sainte-Victoire. Completely restored, it is functional, comfortable and very quiet. The living room, with kitchenette, is equipped with a sofa bed, a chest of drawers, a dining table and has unlimited wi-fi access. This lounge space is conducive to conviviality and relaxation, its windows make it bright and open to a typically Provencal environment. The kitchen is equipped: fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, etc ... The bathroom is composed of a spacious and modern shower, with wc, and the bathroom linen is provided. The bedroom inspires rest and daydreaming. It has a large, very comfortable double bed (160 cm), a wardrobe and storage drawers. A bucolic side emerges through the view of the majestic chestnut trees and plane trees in the building's garden. This vast garden, planted with trees and composed of charming corners, seduces with its tranquility. The occupants are free to relax.
