3-room apartment on the ground floor in secure residence with swimming pool reserved exclusively for residents (not heated from June to September)

- a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90X200 cm

- a private garden of 130 m2 with maisonette for children, garden furniture
- a covered terrace overlooking the kitchen
- a private parking space in front of the apartment
- supermarket 400 m open all year

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich einer sehr ruhigen, sauberen Anlage, die nach meiner Einschätzung zum großen Teil von den Eigentümern genutzt wird. Der Pool grenzt direkt an den Garten, was aber keinerlei Störungen verursachte. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und komplett eingerichtet. Da wir mit Hund verreist sind, war für uns ein Hundestrand ein Muss. Entfernung ca. 4 km. Bäckerei und Supermarkt da. 200 m.
Der gute Eindruck, den ich von vorher von den Eigentümern hatte, hat sich vollauf bestätigt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
