About this apartment rental
Charming apartment of 31 m2 on the first floor, in a pedestrian street. You access the living / dining room by a fairly narrow spiral staircase. The kitchen area is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, a fridge, an oven and a microwave. A large storage allows hanging clothes. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC and shower. Another spiral staircase leads you to the mezzanine, where two 90 cm beds await you, which can be joined into a single 180 cm bed. A chest of drawers allows you to store your belongings. Bed linen and towels are provided. The third bed corresponds to the BZ, in the living room, in which you also have a television, and WIFI (5G).
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning, mosquito nets and double glazing.
It is very good for a couple and 1 or 2 children. On the other hand, for two couples, it is too small. Likewise, if you have mobility issues, consider the stairs. There is no safety barrier in front of the stairs, so avoid bringing a child who is too young!
You will not have noise problems at night because all the entertainment stops at 11 p.m. at the latest.
Shops are on site, the beach is 150 m!
I also provide you with a parasol, two beach seats, 4 mats and beach toys.
And if you rent bikes, you can park them on the ground floor.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und total schön. Die Eingewöhnung für unseren Kleinen (17 Monate und läuft und erkundet gerne die Welt) war etwas schwierig, da er die Treppen nicht selber hoch und runter durfte wie Zuhause und vieles in seiner Reichweite war was er nicht berühren sollte und ihn natürlich umso neugieriger machte. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin problemlos. Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage, nur wenige Fußmatten vom Strand, direkt unter uns einen Käseladen mit sehr vielen Leckereien und einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Fromager und gegenüber die Boulangerie mit himmlischen Croissants🤤😍
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Aufenthalt dort weiter empfehlen. 😍

Logement clair, en plein centre ville, tous commerces, restaurants et plage tout faire à pied, le seul point noir l accessibilité au logement ,l escalier en colimaçon trop étroit, à faire attention
