Beautiful vacation home with private pool, indoor sauna and large green areas in the middle of the hills of Tortona and with an enchanting view of the surrounding vineyards of Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage Site). This is a strategic place to relax after your daily excursions and to get to know the local culture and excellent gastronomy. A few kilometers away by car you can visit characteristic villages surrounded by cultivated fields, churches and medieval castles, because the territory of the nearby Langhe, Roero and Monferrato is a microcosm of different environments where man and nature go hand in hand. Walking along these rolling hills, do not miss tasting typical products such as wine, salami, cheese and real truffles that attract tourists from all over the world throughout the year. For sports enthusiasts there are opportunities for horseback riding and mountain bike trails in the immediate vicinity, and for golf lovers there is an 18-hole golf course less than 10 km away. Given the location, a visit to the cities of Milan and Turin is a must, as well as a day at Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. In less than 80 km you can reach Genoa with its charming historic center and the great aquarium, then you can enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Ligurian Sea in both the western and eastern province.

Das Haus bot uns, drei Familien mit drei kleinen Kindern, genügend Raum und Möglichkeiten uns zu erholen. Die Einrichtung des gesamten Anwesens ist sehr umfangreich, und man entdeckte immer wieder etwas Neues.
Am Pool konnten sich alle stundenlang austoben und entspannen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen für einen Kurzurlaub ausgestattet und für größere Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Pool, Pizzaofen und Grill sind für gemeinsame Aktivitäten vorhanden. Allerdings ist das Grundstück etwas abgelegen.
