About this house rental
This family-friendly, modern holiday home has 2 floors on 79 m² and can accommodate for up to 6 people in three separate bedrooms with double beds, which can be found on the upper floor besides a bathroom with shower and bath.
The living room on the ground floor is modernly decorated and equipped with SmartTV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi (WiFi-infrastructure within the Holiday House plus wide band intranet access). The kitchen is complete and contemporary equipped, including dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, a cooker with oven and a coffee maker beside others.
The outdoor area has direct access to the ski slope and toboggan run. The terrace with garden furniture is also available for having barbecue. A reserved parking space in the parking for one car lot belongs to the cottage as well.
Free use of the swimming pool, the sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, gym and Ski cellar/storage which are available as community facilities in the adjoining Dorint Hotel.
The price covers bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, heating, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. An additional visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per day (for guests aged 16 and above) applies. This tax also includes a Sauerland Card offering various discounts.

Uns hat es in der Wohnung und in Neuastenberg sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schwimmbad haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut und modern ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage im Steilhang bietet einen klasse Ausblick von der Terasse über die Sauerländer Landschaft. Das Haus ist jedoch nur fußläufig über Trepen zu erreichen.

Winterdienst könnte besser sein. Straßen und Treppenstufen nicht eisfrei.
