Situated on one of the rolling hills overlooking the enchanting landscape of Lake Chiusi towards Montepulciano and right on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, Casa Gioiello is the ideal place to discover the beauty of both provinces.
Casa Gioiello is suitable for 2 people or a family with 1 or 2 children.
The house consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room, a loft with high ceiling, an open kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and three large doors leading to the terrace and garden.
There is a separate double bedroom with a view towards a beautiful olive grove. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase leads to an open mezzanine with a low ceiling, providing a cosy bedroom for two children.
The same spiral staircase also leads to a lower floor, providing a laundry room and a second separate bathroom with shower.
Casa Gioiello has its own driveway and private parking.
A large terrace and large garden with trees providing shade are the ideal place to enjoy meals, taste our famous local wines and admire a spectacular panoramic view of the beautiful Tuscan landscape.
The large grass lawn offers relaxation on comfortable garden furniture and there is a barbecue.
Our guests can use the beautiful swimming pool (15x5 m) with outdoor shower, surrounded by hedges and herbal plants, which is shared with the Villa Casale Umbro, located on the same property at a great distance for privacy.
Please note: Check-in only between 3 and 7 pm, Check-out only between 8 and 10 am.
