About this house rental
Cosy, simple apartment house "Gädi", 3 storeys, renovated in 2009. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep, narrow motor access to 30 m from the grounds. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 30 m, bus stop "Bahnhof" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 300 m. Mountain railway 300 m, ski rental, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school, children's ski school 100 m. Nearby attractions: Matterhorn Museum 100 m. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with dining table. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only, non-smoking house.

Parfaitement aménagé, tout est neuf et propre, bien pensé. Très agréable. Le chemin d'accès est raide et glacé. La situation au centre du village est parfaite mais aussi plus bruyante le soir jusqu'à minuit et la nuit: sorties des bars vers 2h et des boîtes de nuit vers 5h. Les toilettes au rez de chaussée vous oblige à descendre les deux étages la nuit pour aller aux toilettes, escaliers raides. Donc à éviter pour des personnes à mobilité réduite et les enfants en bas âge.

Très bien situé, à proximité de tout . Point délicat: bruit nocturne venant de l’Hotel Post en contrebas .
