About this villa rental
The spacious villa is located on a hill, inbetween the villages of Glinado and Biblos. The location is ideal because of the exceptional panoramic view and the quietness it offers, fits perfect to those who seek a calm place, away from noise and crowd. The popular beaches of Agios Prokopios, Plaka and Agia Anna are only 4 km away. Chora is only 5km away and the quieter beaches of the Southwest coast are easy to access. Furthermore it is an ideal spot from where you can easily explore the whole island and reach more easily the beautiful picturesque villages of montane Naxos.
This 120 m² house is surrounded by large verandas and garden with trees, where one can enjoy panoramic views while taking breakfast or lunch. It is ideal for families and friends since it is fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The living room includes air-condition, spacious sofas, a dining table for 6, a fireplace, a large TV, a CD player, a radio and a library with a various collection of books and CDs. The kitchen is also spacious, there is a large fridge, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. In the cupboards you will find many spices and in the garden fresh herbs for your food and salads. The living room as well as the kitchen have access to the terrace and the garden. On the large veranda there is a shaded area and a table for 6 who can enjoy their food and the spectacular view.
The bedrooms have been designed to ensure the guests' autonomy. In one bedroom, overlooking the garden and the sea, there is a king-size bed and a comfortable office area. The other two bedrooms overlook the garden and the trees. In one of them there is a double bed while the other has two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a washing machine and the other with a shower.
The neighborhood is very quiet and is ideal for relaxing and exploring the surrounding areas. The villages of Glinado and Biblos are within walking distance and there you can find everything you may need. There are a mini market, a supermarket, a pharmacy, as well as bakeries, small shops and some restaurants.
Naxos Town and the port are a 10-minute drive away. The airport is a 5-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket, restaurant is 1 km away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Great View with great outdoor seating areas. Great interior spaces that worked great for our family of four adults. The 2 bedrooms were large with a lot of space and comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and functional. Living room had a great couch with a large smart TV allowing us to enjoy a movie after the beach and before going out for supper. Only negative was the location. Between Bad Google maps and the nearby towns navigating in and out of the house became a bit of a challenge for us until we better understood the area and issues with NAxos and GPS navigation. Het was er netjes en rustig. Goede uitrusting van keuken en badkamer. Goede locatie om vandaaruit het eiland te ontdekken.
