About this house rental
Stylish and modern living at 1,700 meters above 4 floors in the award-winning architect house "Schönes Wohnen" 1984.
Accommodation for summer and winter.
The kitchen was completely renewed in 2019 and brought up to the state of the art including all electronic devices.
All permanently installed lamps in the house were LED or Energy saving lamps changed.
Parking is also possible for cars with a roof box below the house.

It is nice designed , cosy Hause with beautiful Views all around , it was clean, but we are not happy with strange smell inside.. maybe before us there were guests, who smoked inside Hause.

It is almost impossible to find a better location in the Dolomites than this property. You are walking distance to the Dolomites and Lago di Carezza. The many balconies and windows provide you with views in most parts of the home.
The apartment is best for small groups of 6 or less. One of the two bedrooms was converted to become 2 smaller bedrooms with 2 bunk beds in each. There are 1.5 bathrooms, not two full bathrooms, in contrast to what is listed.
Although the directions to the home are only in German, you can easily translate those directions into the language of your choice. We were charged 15 Euro per person to use bath towels and bed linens, which we found odd - it's like getting charged to use for a key to enter the the home - you would expect that bath towels are not "extras".
Overall, this mountain home is perfectly located with beautiful views, which is best for small groups. You'll enoy your stay here.

La casa è in posizione fantastica, di fronte alla maestosità del Catinaccio.
Ottima la cucina ( attrezzatissima) e il soggiorno, zona letto non ottimale, piccola e scomoda soprattutto la camera matrimoniale.
Pulizia scarsa, la moquette a mio avviso non è più accettabile, dovrebbe essere rimossa.
Nel complesso la consiglio con 3 stelle su 5
