The 75 sqm holiday house is located on a 600 sqm plot in a holiday center, about 1 km away from Thalfang on the Erbeskopf. The house offers 2 bedrooms (double beds) and 1 shower room enough space for a family, possibly with friends and acquaintances. 3 cars can be parked comfortably on the property. Modern equipment. Central heating + wood stove. Grill wood and wood for heating included. Washing machine available. The price is per night. Bed linen and towels included. Non smoking. Animals welcome (extra charge 5EUR / day). A deposit must be collected for security reasons, which will be repaid after the stay.

We had a great stay in Tanja's holidayhouse. Beautiful surroundings, close to the village. When arriving a surprise for us and the dogs, makes you feel welcome. Communicating with Tanja is great. Thank you Tanja for us having a great little holiday!

I spent a longer time period in the apartment and I enjoied it. It was clean, well equipped, functional, close to town but in a generally nice area.

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Würden gerne wieder kommen 😀

Woning is zeer ruim. Park ligt centraal in een mooie omgeving.
De tuin met weinig beplanting, oncomfortabel tuinmeubilair en ontbrekende parasol is erg minimaal en geeft geen gezellige indruk.
De keuken inventaris is zeer minimaal aanwezig (lees: 4 kerst mokken, 3 ontbijtborden, geen theeglazen, afdruiprek, afwasteil, dessertkommetjes kortom incompleet serviesgoed). Daarnaast waren er gebreken; niet werkende afzuigkap, lekkende waterkoker, niet naar behorende werkende douche thermostaatkraan.
Brandblusser NIET aanwezig.
Fijn dat er schoon beddengoed en linnengoed bij de huurprijs inbegrepen is. Echter hebben we het slaapcomfort niet als prettig ervaren, ondermeer door zeer zachte hoofdkussens en het ontbreken van horren in de gehele woning.
Tot slot verkijk je niet op de playstation en televisie die reeds aanwezig zijn. De televisie ontvangt alleen de Duitse zenders middels de satelliet. De aanwezige spellen en films zijn niet voor kinderen weggelegd (18+ horror en Duitse crime). Daarnaast is er gering 4G internet signaal (bellen en sms'en is deels mogelijk).
Het contactloos en flexibel in- en uitchecken hebben wij als positief ervaren. Evenals het gebruik van de wasmachine, de grote houtkachel die in de winter voor genoeg warmte zorgt en de privé parkeerplaats voor de deur.
