Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, sandy beach "Kernevest" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, sailing school 500 m. A notre arrivée, la porte du freezer était cassée et ce dernier empli de givre. Il n’y avait pas de grille-pain (corrigé 5 jours après le début de la location), le bouchon de la baignoire était cassé interdisant les bains (corrigé 5 jours après le début de la location). Il y a très peu de prises et pas de garage à vélo dans la résidence. Nous devions rentrer les vélos tous les soirs dans la voiture.
De plus, le plafond du niveau bas (salon, séjour, kitchenette, salle de bain, toilettes) et à 2m. Les luminaires installés sont des spots « longs » qui descendent à 1.90m environ. Il faut donc déconseiller la location aux personnes mesurant plus d’1.80m, car il est difficile de trouver un endroit pour se sécher les cheveux, mettre un T-shirt ou un pull… sans taper dans les luminaires.
Les lits sont sous pente, encore un problème pour les grands.
Il ne s’agit pas de location de particulier à particulier et le locataire doit faire 16km (8 aller-retour) pour aller chercher puis rendre les clés. Il n’y a pas de présentation ni d’état des lieux…
Sans conteste, le rapport qualité-prix le plus mauvais depuis que je loue sur Abritel.
