About this apartment rental
You live on the edge of the oldest vineyard in the Palatinate, on the German Wine Route. Your holiday accommodation is a spacious 2 room apartment (70 sqm) on the ground floor of a two-family house, with separate access.
In addition to a spacious living area with dining table and sofa corner, it also has a bedroom with an electrically adjustable double bed and dressing room, guest toilet and modern fully equipped kitchen with free-standing island. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and oven in an elevated position (at 1,00m). Real wood parquet was laid throughout the apartment, except for the bathrooms.
The bathroom has a bathtub, underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. The bathroom was rebuilt in 2014 and equipped with high quality ceramics and fittings.

The rental price includes a private parking space in the yard of the apartment. Entrance door has a keyless entry. You will receive an access code when booking.
Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer (free initial equipment) are provided. Fresh seasonal herbs on request. A mini bar with regional wines and non-alcoholic drinks is available for a fee.

We had a very nice stay in Neustadt-- the apartment is modern, well equipped and close to the town center. Having a dishwasher and a dedicated parking area is a big plus. We would stay here again.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Fester Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür im Hof war Luxus pur. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Bad inkl. ebenerdiger Dusche. Innerhalb der Wohnung kann man sich barrierefrei bewegen allerdings ist die Eingangstreppe für behinderte Menschen möglicherweise etwas schwierig zu bewältigen da relativ steil. Alles in allem eine top Ferienwohnung!
