About this apartment rental
Maritime furnished apartment directly opposite the dunes. Walk to the beach is 150 meters (the footpath is deposited with a picture gallery in the photos).
The center with numerous restaurants and small shops is less than 5 minutes away on foot.
The apartment is in the
Jakob Brasserstraat 37 in Westkapelle on the first floor.

There is a kitchenette with a dining table in it.
Also a seating area (= sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m)
And a separate bedroom (the bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m)
The bed in the bedroom is freshly made upon arrival.
Wardrobe, chest of drawers and rocking chair are also in the bedroom
Of course there is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

Description of the area
The apartment is located directly below the dunes. The walk to the beach and sea is 3 minutes. After 2 minutes you come to a beautiful nature area with a lake. Many ducks, a few swans and many birds live there ... There are also special equestrian trails, because the neighboring horse farm in Aagterkerke organizes beach rides. For adults too. For "Westkapelle connoisseurs": The direct neighbors of the apartment run the small pottery. And also the workshop, where the beautiful, colorful bike bags are sewn by hand on the sewing machine by the owner ... There is a weekly market every Friday. There is a larger tourist market in Zoutelande on Tuesdays during the season. (1-7pm) It's great fun to explore the area with inline skates or by bike.

Fijn plekje op de eerste verdieping, geen luxe maar wat nodig is is aanwezig.

Objekt ist direkt an den Dünen und man ist direkt im Ortskern. Auch Fahrradausflüge sind optimal möglich, da direkt am Küstenradweg. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht. Wegen der guten Lage ist es hier und da mal etwas lauter, das als einziger Nachteil. Insgesamt zu empfehlen!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super gut! Der Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker, Fahrradverleih, Metzger, Spielplatz und Supermarkt sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Westkapelle hat einen tollen Sandstrand! Man kann über die Dünen spazieren und hat einen tollen Blick auf den See und das Meer.
Die Wohnung ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Das Grundkonzept ist gut gemeint aber sie müsste renoviert werden! Risse in der Wand, schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche und muffiger Geruch durch den Abfluss im Bad.
Leider gibt es im gesamten Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen keinen einzigen Rauchmelder!
Fazit: Wenn man über die Mängel hinwegsehen kann, war es ein schöner Urlaub durch die Lage der Wohnung aber es müsste etwas gemacht werden!
