About this house rental
The comfortable house is a 200 year old 'Vieille Ferme' and was completely renovated and tastefully decorated a few years ago. The traditional former farmhouse is divided into two parts.
The main part of the house offers a living space of approx. 160m2 on two floors. On the garden level there is a salon with fireplace (33m2), a well-equipped kitchen (26m2) with fireplace and dining table (up to 8 people), a smaller bedroom (bed 140) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
1. Floor: In the through room there is a piano, adjoining two bedrooms (beds 180 (2x90) and 160). Bathroom with romantic bathtub and wash basin. Separate toilet.
Spacious outdoor area with several seats for eating and relaxing. Enough and nice garden and pool furniture. Another outdoor area with stone walls and rosemary fence was specially created for the swimming pool (4x11m). Access to the swimming pool is secured with mandatory child safety locks at two garden gates. Swimming pool season: mid-May to September
Adjacent to the garden are the olive grove and the vines cultivated by the local farmers. Depending on the season, cherries, figs, grapes, medlars and pomegranates ripen in the garden, which guests are welcome to use.
