Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's residence. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette (gas stove, microwave). Shower room (washing machine). Separate WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140x190cm + 1 single bed 90x190cm). Bathroom with WC. TV. Bed linen and towels not provided. Electric heating is extra. Shared unfenced grounds. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Swing set. Lockable bike and trailer storage. Located near Avranches and only 30km from Mont Saint Michel, this rural cottage is attached to the owners' property.
