For shared use: natural state property, garden. Fireplace. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Hasle b.B. Dorf" 6 km, railway station "Hasle-Rüegsau" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Emmentaler Schaukäserei, Burgdorf 12 km, Bern 15 km.
