About this house rental
The Tegernsee Chalet is a newly built, modern Alpine chalet - State of the Art. There is exclusively equipped with high-quality, natural material (wood and stone) and offers three floors can accommodate up to seven people. For the comfort of guests in all respects provided (kitchen with stove Bora, WiFi, bathtub for 2 persons, flat screen to television, music system, underfloor heating, washing machine). It is situated on a park-like grounds (Large trampoline and slackline incl.) With its own spring, stream, pond and forest. Peacefully the large terrace (wooden deck) directly by the stream. Lakes and mountains are within walking distance.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home/property!The location is ideal - just a quick drive to the lake, the picturesque town of Gmund and a quick walk to several amazing hikes. We had easy access to several charming towns nearby and were only a quick drive to Munich. It made a perfect base for relaxing at home and leaving for day trips.The house itself is spotless and beautifully furnished. Everything felt fresh, modern and thoughtfully designed. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed - plenty of plates, glasses, towels, and other essentials, which made our stay super comfortable.We enjoyed our breakfasts outside on the cozy terrace.Ursula was incredibly kind and responsive. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.Highly recommend this place - we will definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the chalet over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home had everything we needed and more with plenty of space for us (6 adults). Everything was new, clean and spacious. Ursula had the house decorated for Christmas, including a tree, which made it even more fun for the holidays. The house is close to town and many hiking trails, as well. Out of the five places we stayed throughout our trip, this was by far everyone's favorite. We hope to be back soon!
