About this house rental
Beautiful cottage with open kitchen-living room, two good bedrooms and another sleeping accommodation in the living room. Through a sliding door you come from the living area to the open terrace. In the bathroom you will find a whirlpool for two persons. Several, partly covered terraces by the house. You will find sun or wind shade on them, depending on your preference. The house is located only 600 m from the coast, on the beautiful peninsula Sj. Odde. The peninsula Sjællands Odde gives the light of the sky a special character. The ice age has made the area beautifully hilly. The peninsula is also a fisherman's paradise. Havnebyen is not far away, the only real fishing harbor on the peninsula with cutters and a smokehouse. There you can buy freshly smoked fish. If you come out to Gniben, at the very tip of the peninsula, you can fish from the beach. You can also walk through the army artillery school there. In 15 minutes you can be with the family at Sommerland Sjælland, something for childlike souls of all ages. You might also visit the fairy-tale Dragsholm Castle, dating back to the 13th century. It houses a ghost and an excellent gourmet restaurant. Also visit the port of Rørvig, here you can expect a cozy atmosphere, a fish smokehouse, an associated restaurant and the ferry connection to North Zealand. Enjoy smoked fish here while your children catch crabs on the pier. Also visit Nykøbing Sjælland, where you can have a good stroll, drink coffee and stroll on the pedestrian zone. Visit also the harbor of Rørvig, here you can expect a cozy atmosphere, a fish smokehouse, an associated restaurant and the ferry connection to North Zealand. Enjoy smoked fish here while your children catch crabs on the pier.
