The core renovated apartment in 2017 on 120 sqm is located in the historic Ludwigstrasse, the most beautiful street in the distance. It offers you a unique view of the entire mountain world from the Karwendel Mountains and the Wetterstein Mountains with the Zugspitze and Alpspitze to the Kramer and Wank.
The decor is luxurious. Of particular note are the natural wood floors (oak planks) and the modern bathrooms. The living area extends to about 70 square meters and combines living room with dining area and open high-gloss kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can use a combination of washing machine and dryer.
You will find a wide range of shops nearby.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located between Munich and Innsbruck. Excursions to the nearby royal castles and Tyrol are easy to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. We found it to be clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The unit has windows on three sides. It is close to a bus stop. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and grocery store options, all within a few minutes of walking distance. Our interaction with the manager at check-in was enjoyable. A little tip: when we checked out, we took the bus to the train station. My husband then walked the short distance to drop off the keys so we didn't have to walk the full distance with our bags.

The apartment was just as advertised! Beautiful views, right above a cute Straße. We were fortunate enough to be there during a two day Straße fest. Location is convenient to all the sights in the area. Amazing three days. Thanks

During our vacation, we stayed in 6 different places, and this was my favorite. It was the perfect blend of homey and modern. I loved the view from the balcony, and the gathering space was open and comfy. It accommodated our group of 6 adults perfectly. The location was on the main street of Garmish - perfect to access all the shops by foot. I would go definitely return!

GAP is always beautiful, and the apartment is in a great location. My only complaints are 1) The bed in the primary bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. It is broken down and terribly squeaky, 2) Some explanation of the trash vs recycling bags.
