Il Poggiarello is a restructured old farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany. It is surrounded by a big garden with cypresses and olive trees. It has a wide, 360° panorama. The house is divided in three unities. The upper one is used by the proprietor.
The 2. Appartment can be occupied by 4 pers (max.5 pers). Is has a sleeping room in old tuscan liberty style, a living space (with sofa-bed) with kitchen, an entrance-hall (with sofa-bed), bathroom with shower.
Bed-linen and towels are included, internet available.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, riding, golf and swimming pool are all very near:
Montaione (8km): Supermarket COOP and PAM, restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacy, medical doctors, international newspapers, fax.
Mura (3km): fuel station, riding, restaurant.
Sughera (2km): church.
Alberi (2km): Pizzeria (on the left), restaurant on the right after the bridge.
Castellare di Tonda (2km): S.p.a, bar and shop, restaurant.
Castelfalfi (6km): Golf, swimming-pool, restaurant.

Une région superbe, et la maison très bien placée, calme. Propriétaire discrète, aimable, cordiale. Toute la famille a apprécié l’ambiance, un terrain suffisamment grand pour se changer les idées. La cuisine est bien disposée, pratique. La chambre spacieuse. À recommander.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt. An Ausstattung ist alles da, was man braucht, die Möblierung ist sehr schön, teils antik. Die Fenster sind zwar klein, aber das ist den sommerlich heißen Temperaturen in einem historischen Gebäude geeschuldet. Der Garten kann (bzw. sollte unbedingt) mitgenutzt werden und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Toskana. Wir werden wieder kommen.
