About this house rental
Beautiful Breton holiday home in a prime location right on a small bay with a beautiful protected sandy beach.
Quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by extensive grounds, a large meadow directly in front of the house and limited, privacy-protected relaxation areas.
It is only a few meters to the beach, right behind a small dune. The topography of the beach, which is characterized by many rocks in addition to the sand, allows pleasant bathing both at low and high tide.
The house offers a wonderful view of the sea and a lighthouse (Phare de Pontusval).
The center of Brignogan-Plages is only 2 km away.
Terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, portable grill are available.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area that offers a direct view of the sea. There is also a comfortable seating area in the living room with two couches, two armchairs and two reading chairs. Here you can relax or read TV in front of the fireplace.
The recently renovated kitchen is in the adjoining room.
In a separate area there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as an adjoining toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms next to each other with a view of the Chapelle Pol (a small Breton chapel). All bedrooms have a double bed.
This floor also has a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and bidet. It offers a great view of the sea and the lighthouse.
On this floor there is also a children's room with a changing table and a cot.
In front of the house there is a terrace with a view of the sea and lighthouse.
There are several relaxation areas in the garden, which are protected from both view and wind and are therefore very suitable for reading and tanning.
The large meadow in front of the house is ideal for children. It is predestined for ball games and other activities.

Wir wollten Ruhe und in diesen zwei Urlaubswochen nach dem Stress von 2 Jahren Corona unsere „ Seelen baumeln lassen „ und wieder Kraft tanken für ein weiteres Jahr anstrengender Arbeit.
Dies ist uns wunderbar gelungen, da das Haus in absolut jeder Hinsicht alles geboten hat, was wir dazu brauchten.
Als Hobbykoch habe ich die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Küche jeden Tag genossen und konnte bei der Arbeit den Wellen und der Brandung des Meeres direkt zuschauen.
Die Betten in unserem Zimmer waren so hart und weich gleichzeitig, dass wir lange und ausgiebig schlafen konnten.......der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer direkt auf das Mees war phantastisch.
Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und zum Umfeld des Hauses braucht man nur die Bilder anzuschauen …… genau so war es auch in der Realität.
Technisch ist das Haus absolut gut ausgestattet; es stehen jede Menge von Utensilien zur Freizeitgestaltung zur Verfügung. Der unbeschränkte Zugang zu Netflix bot mir die Gelegenheit, auch einmal eine längere Serie anzuschauen.
Der Kontakt im Vorfeld zum Vermieter war völlig problemlos und die nette Verwalterin war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Danke für zwei Wochen mit Blick auf Meer und Leuchtturm. Im modern und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tout était absolument parfait : la localisation de la maison et la vue sur la mer, les couchers du soleil, le phare (on ne s'en lasse jamais), le jardin apprécié par notre fille, les plages magnifiques à proximité, et surtout le calme !!! Bref nous reviendrons surement !
