In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Die Appartementleitung hat einen herausragenden Job erledigt!!! Sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und jederzeit mit der passenden Antwort parat. Eine solche Leitung kann sich jeder Vermieter und Mieter nur wünschen. Großes Lob daher. Die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und entsprechend in die Jahre gekommen... Der Parkplatz musste extra bezahlt werden, obwohl dies bei XXX nicht erwähnt wird.
